For 2008, Fair Wind Sailing School – America’s Best Sailing School is pleased to announce that we will operate not only our Michigan sailing school on Lake St. Clair, but also a new Michigan Sailing School at Toledo Beach Marina in LaSalle Michigan. Each Michigan Sailing School offers easy access from Detroit, Ann Arbor, Port Huron and other locations across Michigan. More importantly, the sailing is unparralleled.

Our Michigan Sailing School on Lake St Clair operates in Harrision Township on the Clinton River and our boats are based at Anchor Bay Yacht Sales. Fair Wind's Michigan Sailing School offers a regular schedule of our ASA 101 sailing lessons, ASA 103 sailing instruction and as well as our popular Instant Cruiser sailing lessons which incorporate ASA certification through Basic Cruising (ASA 101 and 103) in a three day weekend. Fair Wind's Michigan Sailing School on Lake St Clair also offers sailing instruction in Coastal Navigation. More advanced sailing lessons can be taken on Lake Erie.

From LaSalle, Michigan Fair Wind opeartes our new Michigan Sailing School from Toledo Beach Marina (TBM). TNM is a wonderful marina with a pool, restaurant and nice bath houses and Western Lake Erie provides a great spot for our newest sailing base. Our new Michigan Sailing School offers sailing lessons from May through October; our complete sailing schedule is below.
